at The Devon at Weiss Farm
Apartments Available for Move in Summer 2025
The Devon offers affordable housing apartments for qualifying applicants. Our community offers 65 units at reduced rates for families and individuals. Available apartments in the program consist of 7 studios, 24 one bedrooms, 26 two bedrooms, 6 three bedrooms and 2 townhomes. All moderate-income apartments will be rented to households with incomes at or below specific limits.
Set on a spacious landscape, the community features three residential buildings, five rows of townhomes, and a well-equipped clubhouse with a fitness room, maker's space, pool, grilling stations, and outdoor dining areas. The apartments include modern features like stainless-steel appliances, solid surface countertops, and in-unit washers and dryers. Elevators are available in each building, and affordable units are evenly integrated throughout the property.
